Neurodegenerative disorders are a cluster of pathological disorders that mainly influence neurons and are associated with progressive trouncing of neuronal construction and occupation and lead to death. Neurodegeneration is obvious in a number of disorders including Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, Huntington’s disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, and protein misfolding diseases. Reactive oxygen species/Free radicals’ acting imperative role causing neurological disorders. The traditional herbs and phytochemicals from diverse natural antioxidants may control and hunt the free radicals through its antioxidative, anti-inflammatory, and antiamyloidogenic properties and defend the brain and recovering multiple neuro-pathological diseases. They also regulate mitochondrial stress, apoptotic factors, free radical scavenging system, and neurotrophic factors. In this review we discussed the role of natural antioxidant from different natural sources against array of neurodegenerative diseases and its mechanism
