CAN AZATHIOPRINE (AZA) INDUCE SQUAMOUS CELL CARCINOMA OF THE ESOPHAGUS? - CASE REPORT
Azathioprine (AZA) therapy has been reported to cause cancer in different parts of human body. In this case we reported the first case of squamous cell carcinoma of esophagus induced by long term and high dose Azathioprine therapy in a lady with an autoimmune hepatitis.
